Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

This umbrella is the best. First off, the colors are beautiful and it is nice to have such a modern, sheik style -in the past I would usually end up picking something cheesy because that was all there was to choose from. Not anymore :) The quality is top-notch and I would definitely recommend Certain Standard umbrellas to family and friend. Excited for fall rainy weather to sport my new accessory!
As soon as I removed the umbrella from the box I was immediately impressed. You can feel the quality. The cork handle fits perfect in my hand and I have never had an umbrella open so smooth and easy. The yellow fabric brings a smile to my face and is a bright spot on a dreary day. I never thought that I would own an umbrella that I looked forward to using.
I never thought I could get this excited about an umbrella, but seriously— I LOVE it! I have only had it a few days, but every time I have used it I have gotten a ton of compliments. It’s a nice pop of color (I got teal), has a super comfy handle and the accent makes it uniquely different. The corners are also rounded so you don’t have to worry about awkwardly poking people you walk by, which is really important if you’re me! It feels like an all season umbrella— something that would work well both in rain and sun. Definitely recommend!

This is a really well made umbrella. Solid construction, feels premium in the hand, and has an attractive appearance.
Finally a company is taking the care to create a product with high-quality engineering and design and at a fabulous price. I bought one of myself but am planning on gifting several others. Bravo, this is a lovely umbrella!
Quality worth the cost
This umbrella is supposed to be a small travel umbrella, but it is too large and heavy in my mind. It's smaller than a large umbrella, though. It is very attractive and well made.
Got tired of having cheap umbrellas that fall apart after 3 uses, or get turned inside out in a strong breeze. This umbrella is built super solidly. The stylish color choices and attention to quality materials is a plus. Highly recommend!
